I have been showing houses in San Diego long enough to remember when North Park was quiet on a Tuesday afternoon. This page is where I write some of that down. You will find neighborhood notes, plain talk about the market, and the occasional opinion that does not fit into a text message.

Real estate carries more noise than almost any other purchase you will make. Every listing site has an estimate, every neighbor has a number, and every headline says the market is either booming or crashing. My job is to cut through that and tell you what is actually true for the specific home in front of you.

So that is what this journal is for. When a neighborhood shifts, I will explain why. When a rule changes that affects buyers or sellers, I will translate it into plain language. When I learn something on one deal that would help you on yours, I will pass it along.
